GLADIO is a producer of concrete products for building surfaces of paths, driveways, terraces and access roads.

We produce noble and industrial paving stones, concrete garden architecture and fencing under the GLADIO brand.

Our mission is to awaken the needs of the market, thanks to which we create new, breakthrough products for current and future customers.We act systematically, consistently, with humility and faith, focusing on DEVELOPMENT.

We constantly implement innovative production technologies that significantly improve the QUALITY of concrete products.

The process of prefabrication of concrete elements is subject to constant control, the efficiency of which is supervised by a professional team of automation engineers, electricians, equipment maintenance technicians, programmers, IT specialists and a technologist.

Technologia

WATER+

GLADIO standard production technology limiting cracks and lime efflorescence. Thanks to the use of specialized chemicals in the entire mass of the concrete block, we have limited the water absorption of our products and we are able to ensure their high resistance to extreme weather conditions.

VIVID COLOR

The innovative technology of impregnating products from the outside, allowing for more intense, vivid and durable colors. By choosing GLADIO products with the use of Vivid color technology, you additionally gain a product with enhanced resistance to external conditions, frost or rain.

FAST-DRY

Gladio products production technology that allows for quick setting and maturation of concrete. Thanks to this, we are able to optimize the production process and shorten the waiting time for an order.

SPECIALIST GRIP

Moving and arranging products only with the use of special grips, e.g. vacuum grippers, in order to avoid scratching and scrubbing the top layer of products.

RECOMMENDED MIXING PALLETS

A method of stacking goods, which consists in mixing them with a minimum of 3 pallets in order to achieve the best visual effect.

FINISH WITH PHASE

Finishing the edges of the cube or slab in the form of a bevel up to 5 mm, which makes it more resistant to damage and chipping, which increases durability, and additionally gives an attractive visual effect.

COLORMIX

Melange production technology that allows to obtain the repeatability of the pattern character and appropriate color stability.

FINISH WITH MICROPHASE

Finishing the edges of the paving stone or slab in the form of a 2 mm cut, which facilitates laying and allows for an even surface.

FOOT TRAFFIC

- terraces, paths, alleys.

FINISH WITH NANOPHASE

Finishing the edges of the paving stone or slab in the form of a 1 mm cut, which facilitates laying and allows for an even surface.

LIGHT CIRCULAR MOVEMENT

- for vehicles up to 3.5 tons, for ramps.

FINISH WITHOUT PHASE

A cube with a finishing without a chamfer allows you to create an even surface ideal for cycling, rollers, for prams.

HEAVY CIRCULAR TRAFFIC

for vehicles over 3.5 tonnes, for driveways and access roads.

MELTING PUNCH

Thanks to the use of production technology on a heated stamp, we obtain products of better quality, with a smoother surface and high visual standards.

CURVED SURFACE

A product with a slightly folded, surface texture, which gives the arrangement decorative qualities.

KEEP THE SPACES 2-3 mm

There should be proper gaps between adjacent elements: minimum 2-3 mm between products with a bevel and a microfibre.

RUBBER HAMMER

Machine compaction is not recommended. The manufacturer recommends the use of a rubber mallet to level potential differences in levels between adjacent panels.

KEEP THE SPACES 3-5 mm

Appropriate gaps between adjacent elements should be maintained: minimum 3-5 mm between products without a phase, with a nanophase and for all boards.
